& Conditions For The Purchase Of Full Circle Leisure Ltd. Ramp
Systems
The Evolution And Covert Ramp Range
The following summarises the terms and conditions under which Full
Circle Leisure Ltd. will provide ramps and ramp systems to any purchaser.
1. No order will be accepted unless:
i) A full specification is received with the original
quotation request.
ii) The payment terms outlined below have been
agreed.
2. For all councils requesting CIS certification,
this must be notified at the time of requesting a quotation.
3. All prices quoted in any price list are subject
to alteration until an order is placed and accepted at which time
the price becomes part of the contract.
4. All written quotations are valid for 60 days
from the date of issue. After that time, all prices should be confirmed
prior to placement of an order.
5. The order acknowledgement will specify the agreed
terms of supply. This will include the conditions of the site to
be provided (unless Full Circle Leisure Ltd carries out the groundwork
etc.) as well as the site access for vehicles.
6. The payment terms are strictly part of the contract
at all times and may not be varied unless authorised in writing
from Full Circle Leisure Ltd and signed by one of the directors.
7. Payment schedules must be agreed and adhered
to in order to ensure the delivery date is met and that installation
proceeds as contracted.
8. Should the customer delay installation beyond
the agreed installation date, for any reason, 80% of the full fee
is due to be paid within 7 days of the agreed delivery date, the
remainder upon final installation. This does not absolve the customer
from additional charges for storage and interest on the outstanding
amount due.
9. If a significant deposit is requested and agreed
(at least 30% of the full price), the final payment is due within
30 days of completion of installation. If no deposit is requested,
the total amount due is to be paid within 7 days of completion of
installation.
10. The company may request proof of creditworthiness
or a deposit, or both at its sole discretion. For major installations,
scheduled payments on account may be requested.
11. The goods remain the property of Full Circle
Leisure Ltd. until all payments have been paid in full.
12. The supplier (Full Circle Leisure Ltd.) reserves
the right to remove the equipment if payment is not received in
full within the agreed terms as outlined. Entry to any premises
to remove the ramps/equipment will not be refused.
13. Full Circle Leisure Ltd. reserves the right
to compensation in the event of failure to pay.
14. Full Circle Leisure Ltd. reserves the right
to charge interest on any outstanding debt from the due day at the
legal maximum.
15. All agreements are void if the purchaser should
be made bankrupt, makes an agreement with creditors or in any way
jeopardises their creditworthiness by such action.
16. Full Circle Leisure Ltd using their best endeavours
will adhere to the delivery quoted. However, it should be understood
that the delivery is also dependant on other suppliers and so Full
Circle Leisure Ltd cannot guarantee delivery dates.
17. Any minor discrepancy claimed by the purchaser
is not a reason to withhold more than 10% of the total payment.
Assuming the discrepancy is resolvable, payment must be made within
seven days of rectification. Rectification will not be carried out
until payment of the 90% has been completed.
