Evolution Skateparks design, build and install skateparks that include skate ramps, halfpipes, grind rails, mini ramps and more throughout the UK. Our Modular Ramp System allows us to produce interchangeable components to build all variations of skatepark ramps varying in height, width, angle and transition. Components can be configured to a range of 900+ different products including:
Quarterpipes are often used around the perimeter of a skatepark, they redirect the user flow, allowing the rider to turn around and simultaneously pick up speed to reach other obstacles in the area. Available: 2ft - 10ft high & range of transition radius'
Bowls are often used around the perimeter of a skatepark, they redirect the user flow, allowing the rider to turn around and simultaneously pick up speed to reach other obstacles in the area. Available: 5ft deep
Wall Rides allow riders to turn around in a more skillful Manor by riding up the wall surface, then turning to land back in the ramp. Vertical Walls are large quarterpipes with an extended vertical section. Available: range of heights & widths, vertical or inclined wall
Driveways are banked units situated within the central area of a skatepark, usually ridden from a number of directions. Jump boxes, grind boxes and rails can be incorporated to create a more challenging obstacle. Available: 1ft - 5ft high, range of bank angles
The Mini Ramp is a small halfpipe and enables riders to perform tricks in a consistent 'back to back' Manor without losing momentum. Halfpipes above 7ft high they are classified as a midi ramps. Available: 3ft - 6ft high (midi 7ft - 9ft) & range of transition radius'
Flat banks are often found around the edges of a skatepark or can be hung onto the side of another ramp. Generally used to turn around or as a run up ramp for another obstacle. Available: 1ft - 6ft high & range of bank angles
Grind Boxes and planters offer metal edges for grinding tricks raised above ramp or ground level. Available: any height, width, angle & length within standards
Jump Boxes serve as a launch ramp and landing combined. Mostly found towards the centre of skatepark courses. Generally ridden in one direction at speed to achieve a jump into the air. Available: 2ft - 6ft high, range of transition radius' & landing angles
Halfpipes are large ramps which curve to vertical and enable riders to perform tricks in a consistent 'back to back' Manor without losing momentum. Available: 9ft - 12ft high & range of transition radius'
Grind Rails offer raised tubular bars for sliding and grinding tricks. They can be freestanding or incorporated on top of ramps. Variations in style include square or round tubing, single or double tube, straight or kinked. Available: range of heights, length & styles
Spine Ramps consist of two quarterpipes placed back to back and can be found as stand alone spines within a skatepark course or incorporated into a mini ramp. Volcanoes are spines with a short platform in between. Available: 2ft - 6ft high & range of transition radius'
Grind Benches double up as seats and grindable obstacles. Usually found freestanding within a clear area of a skatepark. Single & double. Available: range of heights & lengths & style
