Evolution Ramp Equipment Guarantee

Full Circle Leisure Ltd. guarantees all their work in terms of its strength, finish and ability to withstand normal use as a Skateboard, BMX or In-line skating ramp.

1. Our galvanised steel structure is guaranteed for twenty years against major corrosion, metal fatigue and weld integrity. (This does not cover acts of vandalism).
2. The ramp units and component parts delivered and assembled will meet the design specifications as defined in our drawings and strength calculations.
3. Full Circle Leisure Ltd. guarantees Skatelite Pro surfaces for one year against wear and tear (see 3 below) and five years against delamination.
4. Damage covered by the guarantee may be repaired on-site or, in extreme situations, by part replacement with a new unit, at the agreement of the client and Full Circle Leisure Ltd.
5. Full Circle Leisure Ltd. will endeavour to hold a stock of parts ready for rapid replacement should it be necessary.

It is advisable for the purchaser to accept a maintenance contract after the expiry of this guarantee in order to maximise the safety and use of the ramp system. This may be either a part of the original purchase, or an additional contract depending on the requirements of the customer. For details see ‘Maintenance Contract Terms’ documents.

Terms & conditions:

1. The normal use is defined as:
i) BMX riders on standard BMX bikes, which include pegs on the wheels, provided they are of a professional finish with rounded edges to prevent damage to the surfaces.
ii) Skateboarders in normal use with standard skateboards purchased from a professional manufacturer.
iii) In-line skaters in normal use with standard in-line skates purchased from a professional manufacturer.
iv) Snakeboarders in normal use with standard snakeboards purchased from a professional manufacturer.
v) Quad skaters in normal use with standard quad-skates purchased from a professional manufacturer.
2. No assembly, removal, additions or modifications of the ramp units or components parts may be undertaken by any persons other than Full Circle Leisure staff or those appointed to act on behalf of Full Circle Leisure Ltd.
3. Wear and tear does not refer to areas subject to excessive ‘grinding’ and ‘stalling’ etc.
4. Surface damage arising from a site location that allows submersion or facilitates the entry of mud, dirt, etc. is excluded.
5. Any damage caused by vandalism, howsoever caused, is excluded.
6. Any damage caused by the local environment - trees falling on to the ramp, flood, and landslides for example is excluded.

The above conditions are the basis for the guarantee of all the equipment for skateparks produced by Full Circle Leisure Ltd.
