Maintenance Contract Terms upon Purchase
APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTS TAKEN AT INITIAL TIME OF EQUIPEMENT PURCHASE
Outline of Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. terms and conditions.

1. The cost of maintenance will be based on the geographic location of the equipment in relation to Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. and the number of surfaced units at any one location.
2. The agreed fee will be payable yearly in advance and reviewed 30 days prior to expiry of the first years contract, at which point the client may renew for a subsequent year or agree termination.
3. For the agreed fee Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. will carry out Quarterly maintenance inspections.
4. The dates and times of the inspection are at the jurisdiction of Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. but will not take place outside a ten working day window either before or after the due date.
5. Each visit allows up to 4 hours labour and includes a full Preventative Maintenance Inspection (See list attached). Unused hours will not rollover to subsequent visits.
6. A full inspection report will be issued to the client with recommendations if applicable.
7. For the first year from initial purchase, the cost of repairs will be borne by Full Circle Leisure Ltd. whilst under guarantee subject to the terms and conditions of the guarantee (see Evolution Ramp Equipment Guarantee document).
8. Where possible, corrective and/or minor repairs will be carried out immediately.
9. Major repairs will be assessed at the time of inspection and carried out subject to client approval and prior arrangement.
10. All maintenance/repairs carried out by Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. will conform to PAS 35:2002 guidelines (where appropriate), If however, for any reason this is not possible we will make a report available to the client for consideration.
11. It is intended to carry out any work on site. However, Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. may in extreme situations have to remove units for off-site repair/refurbishment. If this becomes necessary, the closure of the ramp and/or skatepark will be the sole responsibility of the client for the duration of the repair.
12. All necessary work on equipment must be carried out by Full-Circle Leisure Ltd. staff unless the client has the prior written consent of ourselves. This includes: Infill, relocation, repair, etc. Failure to comply will invalidate the maintenance contract and/or equipment guarantee.

Additional Costs (Subject to guarantee terms and conditions)
All Materials: Skatelite, Substrate, Adhesives etc.
All Parts: Railings, Posts, and Supports etc.
Carriage at cost +15%
Any visits/repairs/maintenance in addition to the quarterly inspections will be charged at the following rates:

£0.35p – £1.00/mile (dependant on vehicle required)
£12.50/person per hour (travel)
£25.00/person per hour (on-site)
